What a great and fun partnership it was to work with Scott! The day we opened escrow with the title company, RickSmith.co & Scott Philip began the layout & design of my new home purchase, Scott, his designer , my family & I started the planning & entitlement process. No time was wasted, Scott was on-site every day including Saturdays .  We soon began the 100% interior remodel of the house and garage with Scott and his team over the next 3.5 months.  Planning and reaching alignment on the overall plan was essential to deliver a successful remodel.  During the planning phase (and throughout the whole remodel), Scott took the necessary time to listen to various ideas the family had. He incorporated many of those in the remodel and also provided valuable recommendations on his side.  Communication with Scott was key and speedy, and he was always reachable via email, text, voice.

The remodel performed by Scott and his team was done with safety (proper gear, medical kit on site, masks, tools, etc.). Scott brought a team composed of various designers and subcontractors to execute on the project.  At each phase, he took time to coordinate and discuss the work with me and the various subcontractors that came to work on-site (designer, electrician, plumbers, heating, drywall, etc.). He was always on-top of the work, verified the overall quality, provided real-time suggestions, and helped manage proper handoff and on-schedule between the various teams.

I felt part of the team throughout the remodel process, making it a fun and great activity to participate in. The delivered remodel was exactly what we envisioned.

Scott helped with my backyard beatification & sports court project.
