Rick has a passion for real estate. With more than a decade’s experience as a mortgage broker, home builder and property broker, Rick is skilled in just about every area of the real estate industry. In addition to Real Estate, Rick has over 20 years of experience in sales & marketing with a heavy focus on technology and SAS internet based tools. He was once dubbed “The Voice of United Airlines” for creating a consumer facing inflight video about the significance of a revolutionary coffee cup his former company, Microgreen, was pioneering in the airline industry. When he’s not working, he can be found charging down a mountain on a bike or snowboard or losing a bunch of balls on the golf course.​

Real Estate is in Tia’s blood. Raised in a family of Bay Area real estate professionals she doesn’t just have real estate experience – she’s lived it. Tia has been a participant in the construction of countless properties from concept to creation in what many revere to be on the forefront of real estate architecture and design. She excelled as marketing director at the first online title and escrow company and has served as EA to top venture capitalists and Silicon Valley CEO’s. Tia’s attention to detail and a lifetime of real estate experience coupled with 20+ years in marketing, sales, management, and executive assistant roles makes her an operations dynamo. ​

She quickly entrenched herself in the local community by starting and operating two of the hottest restaurants in Los Altos, Ca in the late 90’s. As a restauranteur she developed significant skills ranging in hospitality, customer service, contract negotiations, management, and culinary expression. Having lived, worked and built thriving businesses up and down the Peninsula and throughout the South Bay, Meredith is familiar with the draw and excitement the Bay Area offers to its residents. She is friendly, likable and knows how to use her charm to navigate anyone through this challenging real estate environment. When she’s not working she de stresses by expressing her passion splashing paint on a canvas creating beautiful art or taking her beloved Frankie to the dog park.

Tracey's legal career began with a focus on upholding professional standards and safeguarding client interests at the Client Security Fund of The State Bar of California, where she served as Senior Counsel from 2017 to 2021. Her responsibilities included meticulously investigating claims, rendering decisions, and ensuring justice in legal matters.
Prior to her tenure at the Client Security Fund, Tracey spent over a decade as Assistant General Counsel at The State Bar of California's Office of General Counsel, where she supervised outside counsel and provided counsel to the organization's executive team, board of trustees, and various committees. Her extensive experience encompassed diverse legal areas, including real estate transactions such as the sale of commercial properties and retail leasing agreements.
Tracey's deep understanding of legal intricacies extends to her tenure as Deputy Trial Counsel at The State Bar of California's Office of the Chief Trial Counsel, where she prosecuted attorneys charged with professional misconduct. This experience instilled in her a keen eye for detail and a rigorous approach to ensuring compliance with legal standards.
Outside her work with The State Bar of California, Tracey served as Lead Trial Attorney at Kimball, Tirey & St. John, where she specialized in landlord-tenant property management and real estate disputes. Her proficiency in navigating complex legal landscapes and advocating for her clients' interests was further evident during her time as Partner/Litigation Attorney at the Law Offices of James Miles, where she managed a substantial caseload encompassing personal injury matters.
